1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Absolutely! We’re happy to swap your item if you’re not completely satisfied, provided it’s in like-new condition with all packaging and carry bag included. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Where do you ship from?
All Gript orders are shipped from our local warehouse, ensuring fast delivery to customers nearby.
3. How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. You can track your order anytime in the “Track Your Order” section on our website.

6. I bought something full price, but now it’s on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
Yes, we offer store credit for price adjustments within 24 hours of a new discount. Price adjustments do not apply to purchases made before or after sale events. Sale items are while supplies last, and discounts won’t apply once an item is restocked.
7. Will the magnets in the bag damage my phone or credit cards?
No. The magnets in Gript bags are shielded to protect your items. Modern smartphones and most payment methods are magnet-resistant. While older magnetic-strip cards could be affected, most cards today use chip or tap-to-pay technology. Your device and card safety are our priority.
8. Safety Information for Neodymium Magnets
Gript uses strong neodymium magnets, which require careful handling:

Washing and Cleaning:
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron your Gript bag. Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent, then hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
